Participants on my most recent ToP training in October last year rated the course on average 4.8 out 5, and shared comments including:

  1. Thank you @Martin. Having used the Focussed Conversations methodology and shared with with others in training, I can confer that it is a useful tool for creating a safe space for meaningful conversations to happen.
