I am pleased to share the slides I used here below, in English and Russian, along with the video we used during the session – What do facilitators do really?  The second video below is a longer introduction to ORID and the Focused Conversation method of ICA’s Technology of Participation, in Russian, from Elena Litvinova of Facilitator Club.
